This seems to be the only Loupe (magnifier) application that works without getting in the way; doesn't bother other mousewheel functions (eg volume), just click to exit, and more configuration options than you can shake a stick at. The 'help' is helpful too. The 'full screen' option is scary on multiple monitors! The only thing I don't like is the turquoise, Windows 8-style skin. But for hassle-free, fit-and-forget functionality, OneLoupe is the business.

First, OneLoupe is stable. Many freeware screen magnifiers are NOT ! Secondly, enhanced image is reasonably clear. Thirdly, scrolling in or out is easy using your mouse scroll wheel. Fourthly, keyboard arrow keys expand or diminish the size of the viewer. Fifthly, "B" key saves images to clipboard as bitmaps, and "P" key put pixel value [color] on clipboard. ( That last item -the Color Picker- hasn't worked all that well ! ) Finally: OneLoupe functions just fine on 64-bit Vista, as well as on both screens of a dual-monitor set-up.

Tiny and effective and does not interfere with anything else and uses minimal resources. I prefer it to ZoomIt, my previous favorite screen magnifier.
