It has become indispensable to me 5 stars by Blaise Jan 14, 2011
The best feature is that it will open a program or file that you need when the alarm rings. Love the backup feature and the wakeup from standby. Also, the little characters that read the messages are great. show Review details
Good enough 5 stars by ruleworld Feb 11, 2008 (Read all my 6 reviews)
I use this for TV program and movie reminders. My se w810i mobile does not have multiple alarms. This program gets the job done. show Review details
This is great for all my reminders 5 stars by HotShot Sep 22, 2007 (Read all my 9 reviews)
This thing really works. I never miss anything important. Outlook reminders do not jump out enough. For important meetings I need this. I am a power user, and a mensa member, and I say this is the best. show Review details
A treasure tool 5 stars by william99 Nov 05, 2006 (Read all my 2 reviews)
The very distinguished feature of this tool from other alarm tools is it can wake up computer from standby status. This feature is very powerful to be combined with other automation tools. It is the only tool with standby wakeup function in this site and I only found another one in internet. show Review details
Good program but it's a resource hog 2 stars by TechnoSapien Sep 24, 2006 (Read all my 3 reviews)
It's a good program for the purpose for which it's intended, but it's a headache to manage. It will run on your system whether you have an alarm set or not. Even if you disable all alarms and don't have it load at startup, it will still display them because of the background service that it uses, which can be disabled, but all this for an alarm clock. Very annoying. I would prefer a program to only run when I specify. When I turn it off, it shouldn't load any programs into memory nor display any alarms, period. In other words, if there's no alarms that need to be displayed, it shouldn't be loaded and using the valuable resource of memory. OVERALL: Good for the basic user, but the power-user will want to look for something else. show Review details
The software developer responded to this review on Apr 01, 2007: The most important attribute of an alarm clock is reliability. The portions of the program that always run do so for one single reason - to ensure that you never ever miss a reminder. Surely reliability is worth a very small amount of memory. The monitoring service need not be disabled, it s an optional feature that can be omitted from the installation.
