There is some really good tools on Snapfiles for picking colours etc. and most of them work very well. This is another. It's great tool for web professionals or even hobbyists and designers of all sorts. Does what it says on the tin as they say.

As a web developer, I am always looking for a tool that will tell me exactly what color I need to match to an image and Color Cop is the perfect program for this job. It is not as full-featured as CPick, but gets the job done without the bells and whistles.

What a delightful program to use for extracting the correct color from anything on your computer. Absolutely no learning curve to use this tool. To view a demo animation of the program in action, visit the developer's web site. Highly recommended.

A simple but incredibly useful tool for web developers or designers who need to reproduce or encode colours as hex codes. One of those tools that you get and then wonder how you managed without it.

Whenever I need to color coordinate I open Color Cop. With the eyedropper it is so easy to zoom in on the color. Then you can copy and paste the code to get the exact color you want.
