drag-and-drop web page maker WebDwarf is an easy-to-use drag-and-drop web page maker that enables you to create a single-page website without the need for any HTML or CSS knowledge. It offers a drag-and-drop interface that allows you to easily insert and arrange text element and images as well as shapes and backgrounds. You can format text elements with a word processor interface that includes a spell checker and a link editor to insert hyperlinks. Once you have finished your design, the integrated FTP client can upload your page (along with all images) to your web hosting account. Other features include support for layers, basic image editing features and several template designs to get you started. WebDwarf is free but the program can only be used to create single-page websites. If your website contains more than one page, a Pro version is available for purchase. If this is all you need, give it a try. Copyright Snapfiles.com

It's good 5 stars by gimpguy Jul 29, 2012 (Read all my 1159 reviews)
It does have some pop up ads. promoting the Pro version This is a very easy to use interface with insert and drag and drop options. It's tough to not be redundant on this review since it's been stated what it does in the description. I gave it a 5 with needing room for improvement. It offers a lot for a free software even if not up there with the big dogs. Actually, in some respects, it's much easier to use and you can accomplish a lot with this program if you know your HTML and CSS. Throwing a page together and then hand coding, you can really make a decent page with this. Great for beginners for sure. show Review details
For free? Yeah you should grab it. 4 stars by pcs800 Nov 20, 2009 (Read all my 222 reviews)
Granted it's crippled compared to the big boys but if you just need something to create a page at a time and you don't mind that the pages all have the html file extension, then this is for you. It couldn't be easier to use. Add images or whatever from any folder on your computer, when you publish to another folder, it makes copies. There are also ftp and other publishing options. The only thing I don't like is that there are no functions for changing the file extension of the rendered pages, and there is no way to edit/add meta tags like keywords and description. show Review details
