It works in conjunction with a webcam, which is used to identify the person sitting in front of the computer. When the workstation is locked, it will not unlock until a face from the recognition database appears in front of the webcam. You can train the software and add authorized faces easily by having the person sit in front of the PC during training mode. It is not necessary to stare straight-faced into the camera, just sit down in your normal position and the software will recognize you.
