Simply start the timer for the selected task when you start working and stop it when you're done. The program will automatically add up the time and also keep track of how much time you spent on a task each day. You can automatically have the program pause any active task if your computer goes into idle mode, allowing you to keep accurate time even if you step away from your computer and forget to stop the timer.
