surf the web anonymously Surfing Tunnel is a personal proxy server that hides your real IP address by running your connection through the TOR network. The program can connect to a number of international proxy server and you can select a country of your preference or choose random IP address assignments (default). Once the program has established a TOR connection, you can set your browser's proxy settings to 127.0.0.1 (port 6006) and surf anonymously with your fake IP address. Since the anonymous proxy connections tend to be slower than your normal connection, you want to restore your browser settings when you're done.
