monitor outgoing email messages SilentMail for Outlook enables you to monitor all outgoing Outlook email messages in your company by automatically sending a BCC copy to one or more email addresses which are specified during the installation (and cannot be changed later). Since the program uses the BCC method by default, there no trace in the Sent Items folder, and the process is invisible to the user.
