restore deleted email messages Restore Deleted from Outlook Express is a small utility, that allows you to restore deleted messages from Outlook Express (or any .dbx file), even if the `Deleted Items` folder has been emptied. While deleted messages may appear lost, they are in fact still stored within the .dbx file, but inaccessible with standard Outlook Express tools. This program can fully or partially recover recently deleted messages. The chances of recovery are best if no other mail has been added to the folder, and it has not been compacted.
