Windows 7/8/10/11

Windows usability tweaks Preme for Windows add several usability enhancements to Windows that can make managing windows a little easier. They include options to add commands to the corners of your desktop, slide windows in/out from the edge of your screen, keep a window on top by briefly holding it with your mouse, minimize a window with your scroll wheel, press ESC twice to close the active window and automatically expand the Start Menu by touching the lower left corner of your screen. The configuration dialog allows you to choose which of these features you would like to enable. Copyright

I suppose this is one of those tweaks that truly depend on what the user finds... well... useful. I do like the Aero Flip, just for kicks as I don't find it that useful but it's easier to use if you need to by dragging the cursor to the corner of the screen. The windows slide, works for me. Hide active window (right corner) won't work for me, tried everything, just doesn't work. Right click on taskbar icons does not point to close. Start menu pop up from lower left corner, works, can use that. So it definitely has some fun aspects, a couple could be used to improve work area and speed. I'm not sure this is something I would use all the time and may just get in the way. Either way, it's free, mostly works, give it a try. show Review details
