In addition, you can also set a delay option, such that the keys must be purposefully held down for a number of seconds before they will toggle. Each key can be configured independently and there is also a step-by-step wizard that guides you though it. KeyMaster also comes with built-in text-to-speech translation, that can speak words or letters aloud as they are typed (in any application). This feature is optional and can be turned on if needed (great for the visually impaired).
