intranet search engine Intranet Sleuthhound Enterprise is a server application that allows you to generate and maintain a fully-functional search engine for your office or workgroup that can be accessed through a browser based interface anywhere from the network. It enables searching through Word, RTF, HTML and text based files that can be located on the local server or network machines (as long as the server machine has access to them). You can create multiple search zones and restrict access based on Windows users and groups, customize the HTML result pages and more. When you first run the software it creates an index of the selected files and folders, so they can be searched quickly and results returned almost instantly.
