portable image viewer Image Racer is a portable image viewer that offers a variety of standard functions as well as some unique features. You can browse images in a folder, convert images between formats, perform lossless JPEG transformations, crop and resize images, convert images to B&W, and more. You can browse through images in a folder by using keyboard shortcuts or an optional thumbnail browser which opens in a new window and lets you jump to a specific image directly. There is also a slideshow animation that displays an image carousel to browse the content of a folder. Other features include a "Mind List" to earmark selected images for later, an option to display the location of GPS tagged images on a world map, a built-in image uploader and support for importing images from a scanner or camera.
