It can capture email messages, uploaded files, visited web pages and more. In addition, it offers various filter options that allow you to limit the captured data to the stuff that you are interested in. While the program does capture web pages, it does not allow you to view them as actual pages, but only the bits and pieces (images, html etc.), which limits the use for visual investigation.
