collection organizer Collmate enables you to organize any type of collection in a customizable database. You can add a description to each item, attach a photograph, and enter any other information, like status, condition, date of addition, value and other information. The program can generate reports, export data (not available during trial) and allows you to search through your collections. It contains templates for various common collection types (CDs, stamps, coins etc.) and you can also create your own, custom templates. Other features include a loan manager and password protection.
