The Ping that beeps Bping (pronounced "beeping") is a command-line ping alternative that beeps whenever it gets a replay from the remote host. The program can come very handy if you need to keep and eye on a ping response but can't keep staring at the screen for the whole time. Each successful ping response causes an audible beep, letting you know the connection is alive. The default beep sound is subtle but the volume can be adjusted if needed. You can also reverse the notification beep so that the Bping only beeps if the ping fails. Other features include local network scanning with an option to resolve host names, customizable timeout, limited ping counts and more. Copyright Snapfiles.com
