unload Firefox tabs to save memory BarTab enables you to control Firefox`s memory usage by unloading tabs that you are currently not using (but want to keep accessible). It can automatically unload tabs that are opened in the background or from previous sessions, and also auto-unload any tab that has not been used for a specified time. The tabs will remain visible in the tab bar but are unloaded from memory until you open them again.
