Outlook Attachment Alarm is an add-on for MS Outlook that reminds you to attach a file if the content of the message indicates it. You can create a list of personal keywords or phrases, that usually indicate that you are planning to attach a file (e.g `here is the file`), and the program will scan each message you are about to send and raise an alarm if any of the phrases are found but no file is attached.
