Recent Documents manager ActualDoc Standard is a unique tool that allows you to manage your recently used documents and files. The standard Windows Recent Documents feature only shows a list of the last X files accessed, while this program allows you to keep long-term track of them and it automatically categorizes them by file type, date and other aspects. This allows you for example to easily find all PDF files that you accessed on a particular day, two weeks ago. IN addition, the program provides a comprehensive right-click menu for every entry, that allows you to open or explore the file, copy the path or the file and more. ActualDoc Lite also comes with a preview feature, however the Lite version only provides plain text preview, while the full version supports image and Office documents preview as well.
