This does exactly what I want it to do. Changes in the latest version DO allow the user to specify a default thumbnail size (up to 1600x1200), so I actually use this a simple image resizer program - just highlight the files I want to resize in Windows Explorer, right click, and bingo. Small file, no installation issues, works great in Vista x64.
