This is one of those softwares you really have to give a chance to in order to appreciate it's functionality.
At first, I had this transparent screen lurking around my desktop, thought setup went bad but it's simply part of how it works. I then moved it around capturing specific parts of my windows or full screen.
It actually has a ton of options if you right click or look through the user settings text file. I suggest reading the html help guide since most standard keys you use for capture software don't apply here.
It has a very different interface and would take some getting used to but is actually very good.
The one thing I don't like is the fact I could not find a way to keep it running in my tray, to keep on hand basically, it would simply go away. Minimizing it just isn't what I want either and I saw no auto start for it so you have to manually open it every time. For screen capture, many times I want on demand, no opening, just hitting a hot key and there it is. So for now I will stay with what I use but yes, this is a nice software with room for improvement.
