TopWinPrio had some nice reviews recently but has a major design oversight and an annoyance. The "boost explorer" is not sticky (ini in the install directory, please) and the option to start minimized is a minimized window, not minimized to the system tray. Works great but these two design oversights should be corrected. showShow review details
