It is interesting how long people sit at a computer but simply forget the time. Hours can go by, you get stiff, legs and butt hurt, and your eyes are strained.
With the very amazing and mindful program which will do the reminding for you; to take a break, get up, stretch, exercise you eyes to prevent strain and other visuals. You may think at times it is annoying you but it is for your own health so pay heed.
For me it has been just wonderful addition to my daily activities.

This is a very good program that runs unobtrusively in the background, until it is time for you to take a break. Comes with nifty features like enabling or disabling "dismiss" when its time to take a break, freezing the screen input or not, and different settings for short breaks and long breaks. Very important in these days of working continuously online for 8 or more hours!
