Well, there isn't a lot to be said about this in the way of cool filters, options, or even interface.
What you do get with this is basic brightness and contrast, flip, rotate, RGB, monochrome, things of that nature. Does have ability for html to image, slideshow and a few other things but all in all, yes, it's very basic.
It does what it does well but not much more than that. Better than some for sure but far from others as well.
It is free though, can't go wrong.
