Well, setup went well, unchecked the ads so weren't installed, and it was done.
From this point, I went to start it, it opened 3 instances in my task bar but would only crash and I got two different notifications through my firewall that it was trying to act as a server, not one but two different instances of this application.
My rule of thumb, most apps should NOT have "act as server" rights given to them, it can access your system through a mere application by leaving this security hole. On that note, I don't even know if it has video sharing or uploading which may be a "possible" reason for this. What I do know is if I allow it to act as server, it will load up and I do use a VM to test when something is suspicious. If I don't allow it to act as server, it won't run at all. On this note, I can't recommend someone else to use it. It may use server settings legitimately but until I find out, I'm not recommending it personally.
I say forget it, I'll use CamStudio which is great anyway or Screen to exe, both free, both very good screen recorders.
