The program itself ran fine, even in the tray didn't hog resources. I had this on my pc that was hooked to phone line and no issues. The only problem I ran into with this, and I even tried on my other pc was the scan times. To scan the programs folder, I literally fell asleep for an hour, woke up, it was still scanning, waited another half an hour, finally done. Took the same amount of time on both computers. That's a long time for a folder, I can't imagine if it were for a whole C: drive.
Maybe it has to take that long, or not scan again like that, I don't know but that is the reason I knocked the rating down a bit. Otherwise, it seems to be a very stable program and free security to boot. If you are using dial up or connected to a phone line for any reason, I would suggest using this. If you hear of people getting slammed with thousand dollar phone bills, well, this security is set up to fight against such things and I do recommend it.
