Poor support for different features and varies from phone model to phone model Also if you wish to keep your current software version up to date after 12 months it will cost you $40 bucks. Seems like a bait and switch leaving you without your version's updates unless you pay. Also, tech support stinks and the online support system generates messages that tell you that the problem is solved but directs you to call tech support all over again.
