There are some perks to this but I find they are outweighed by the downfalls. The interface truly needs work and feels all but expired. The program itself is obviously in need of a major overhaul, it doesn't perform very well. No reason something this small should run so slow on my PC, yet even a simple smudge makes it lag. Another annoyance (albeit I don't know if it can be changed)it creates a layer for every little thing you do. I tried to lock it, nothing worked. When you try to undo, it claims nothing was yet done to the layer, which is true, however, instead of being able to undo anything, you have to keep deleting the layers, very tedious. All in all, it's free and better than a lot of freebies but unless this gets some major work done, I can only assume this will be one for the archives and nothing more. showShow review details

It really has a horrible interface with a lot of bugs. Also, it may have a lot of uncommon features, but is missing a lot of common ones. showShow review details

Phot0bie really is a great freeware graphics editor. It may not be eye candy in it's ui, but it is a great alternative to PSP and similar $hareware editors. Well done Mr. Chen (the developer)!! Those of us who appreciate truly FREE freeware are grateful for you kind works! showShow review details
