Yes it does have a number of features and customizations but it frequently does not update the data with Outlook (even when performed manually. Also there is an issue with the 'notes' feature - unable to be activated when hovering over the date on the calendar. I hope these issues are addressed in a future version. For now, I have replaced SC with DeskTask that functions with a hitch. showShow review details
