I'm sold! 5 stars by gimpguy Aug 19, 2012 (Read all my 1072 reviews)
I have had a couple of favorite FLV players over some time, but I have to admit, this one takes the cake. It has load from browser cache, save playlist, add file, remove file, and a few other options. The biggest selling point is the fact that it plays right off the list, double click, it plays and does it well. Has better control of the movies and just a wonderful player. I will be keeping this one from now on. showShow review details
This is the shockwave flash player to get! 5 stars by Harry_Q_Hammer Jun 15, 2008 (Read all my 3 reviews)
Unlike other Shockwave Flash players I have tried, Flash Movie Player has a playlist function that allows multiple SWF files to be queued and played in sequence. Finally, files don't have to be loaded one at a time! (This function was a long time in coming!) The playlist window can be detached from the main player and placed anywhere on the desktop. Another great feature is the ability to take real-time snapshots in BMP or JPEG format from the currently playing file - hit the appropriate hotkey combo and a snapshot is saved into a previously configured folder. Alternatively, a different folder can be selected each time a snapshot is taken. Flash Movie Player can scour the caches of all installed internet browsers and retrieve any SWF files that have been downloaded as part of normal internet browsing. These can then be saved as standard SWF files. There are other powerful functions too, and with over 35 languages built-in, this is the SWF player of choice for everybody! showShow review details
A full feature player 5 stars by Sam_the_Man Oct 06, 2007 (Read all my 45 reviews)
While most stand alone players seem to share common attributes, I found the interface of this one more to my liking. This one gives you the option of listing a number of movies in a convenient play list to view from, rather than search and click on each movie individually. In addition, you can easily toggle from regular viewing to full screen by pushing the Function Key, F11. A tip: associate your flash files to automatically open with this player by right clicking on the movie file and choosing "properties" > "open with". This player also supports "drag and drop" from Windows Explorer. showShow review details
It rocks! 5 stars by MattWagner Dec 30, 2005
I was looking for a way to play some of my slide shows without using a web browser. What I found was much more. I love the playlist feature. I can have several different slideshows play one after the other full screen. Thanks! showShow review details
