Very handy 4 stars by Rustyboy Jan 13, 2009 (Read all my 33 reviews)
A handy tool, even as an indicator and not necessarily for burning the final choices. I would have liked to have seen a method whereby you can choose one or more "must include these files" and SizeMe will fill up the rest. showShow review details
Just one issue 4 stars by mattware Aug 22, 2006 (Read all my 10 reviews)
Nice way to optimize DVD's. Just one issue - It optimizes based on files. That means it'll move files out of directories and into the root directory when performing optimization...so organized files become unorganized. Also you can't see that this has happened until you drag the compiliation into a burner program. There is a new version (2.0) that I have not used. Maybe it handles this issue differently. Still, an ok app if it's just a bunch of files you want to optimize. showShow review details
Author of the program says thnx to jedisb 5 stars by Largie Aug 04, 2005
Since I did not find any application that could do what SizeMe does I had to create it :) Now I know that the Burn to the Brim is close to what SizeMe does. The features and "fillness" of a discs is always being optimized. The idea of adding ISO on rightclick is also added to the todo-list! :) Thnx for the feedback, hopefully you'll like the next version to! :) showShow review details
A lot like burn to the brim 4 stars by JediSB Aug 03, 2005 (Read all my 2 reviews)
There is a nice open-source app similar to this called Burn to the Brim that I have been using prior to this. I like SizeMe's drag and drop feature, but BTTB can make ISOs, which is nice too. I'll probably keep both on my machine until I've done a number of comparisons to see which is better at filling up the CDs. showShow review details
