Only 1 bit transparency 3 stars by TwoEars (Read all my 26 reviews)
Be careful. IconArts 2.0 does not support 8 bits, 256 levels alpha transparency as supported in Windows XP. It only support 1 bit transparency mask (on/off, not intermediate transparency levels). showShow review details
Not bad... 4 stars by urunimi
Easy to use, but takes a bit of time to figure out how it works in the beginning. Kind of annoying that it won't save icons as .gif and it can't open the frames that were saved as bmps. Great for making cursors and animated cursors though. showShow review details
Its ok.. 2 stars by Ghost_grey (Read all my 56 reviews)
I installed iconart and was daunted with irritating messages about ULA, and freeware, and email or whatever now this is from first impression, lol this isnt the first time i used an iconmaker like this.. i installed it fine but now my systems feels unclean.. well besides that it's a fairly made program, i can make icons and all, which is kind of hard to start with, the best feature this has is extracting icons from an .exe or .dll which is cool, but i can't save the icon as a .png or .gif, or jpg! and it brings windows error message when closing which is a disappointed, but i might keep it for the icon extracting until i find a replacement, ok maybe not. showShow review details
