Not very easy to use. Small file size and does not need to be installed, which is nice, but to get right-click context sensitive help working, you need to run the app and click 'Register' - which is not very clear.
Not very easy to use regarding packages vs folders etc. Takes a confident user.
Has some problems, like you can right-click on any folder (even standard windows folders) and click 'DeCrunch', which creates a rubbish output.
If you 'Crunch' a folder, then 'DeCrunch' only one file in the folder, it looses its filename.
It cannot handle some long filenames, so it took my test folder of 'Copy of Button Samples' and make a package called COPYOF~1.pkx
It has no help - just a flickery about window. While it does what it says it does, it feels more like a homebaked experiment - an experiment I can only recommend to experts who like "warts and all".
