This is pretty interesting for what it does, I have some programs that i use that has pretty bad icons, resource hacker makes effortless to change the icons, or extracting icons, and it also can change table strings such as the programs description, so if i wanted to i can make firefox look like internet explorer, or vice versa, i think. or just check out how things run in a program, it's pretty advanced too, and free ;) but if you visit the authors website he's not actively developing it anymore, but theres an open source one too.
