Spytech SpyAgent Professional is a powerful monitoring solution with tons of features and configuration options and support for dual monitor screen logging. SpyAgent Professional records keystrokes, windows opened, applications ran, passwords used, internet connections, websites visited, emails sent and received and even captures desktop screenshots that can be viewed as a slideshow to replay desktop activity. The program keeps detailed activity logs and can be configured to automatically email a log file to a specified address every X minutes. An easy to use and fully featured utility.

Chat Watch for Parents allows you to monitor complete chat conversations made with ICQ, AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, Odigo, Cheeta Chat and Yahoo Messenger. It records all messages sent and all messages received and can optionally run completely hidden from the user. The password protected interface provides an easy to understand overview of all chats that have taken place and you can review each in its entirety. Additional features include an option to disable access to these chat applications, monitoring for objectionable content, logging to a network location,MSN 6 support, DeadAIM support and automatic log e-mailing. You can also print chats, email them, search them for specific text and more. Easy to use and effective.

NetVizor is a powerful network surveillance tool, that allows you to monitor your entire network from one centralized location. It enables you to track workstations and individual users that may use multiple PCs on a network. NetVizor combines real-time remote surveillance, administration, and individual user monitoring and can record keystrokes, web/email activity, application activity, documents viewed, screenshots and much more. All logs are store on the central server and a detailed report can be viewed from a browser interface.

Keystroke Spy allows you to log all keystrokes typed by users on your computer. It can run in complete stealth mode and implements various security features to prevent detection by the user or 3rd party spyware scanners. The program can either log all keystrokes or only those that are typed into specific applications (e.g. email programs, web browser etc.). Log files can optionally be stored on a network share. You can also configure Keystroke Spy to send you an immediate alert by email, and include a desktop screen capture, if certain keywords are logged.

The program does not include any documentation.

BlazingTools Perfect Keylogger allows you to secretly monitor all keystrokes typed on your computer, as well as programs used and web sites visited. It can also capture screenshots of the desktop, log chat conversation (ICQ, AOL, AIM and Yahoo). The program can log the activity to an encrypted file or also email activity reports to a specified email address, or upload them to a FTP server. Additional features include customizable keyword alerts, and filtering by application or window title. BlazingTools Perfect Keylogger can optionally display a warning message, run in the tray or completely hidden in stealth mode.

MessengerLog 360 Pro enables you to record conversations made with MSN Messenger. It supports MSN/Windows Live messenger, Yahoo Messenger, AIM/AOL, ICQ, Google GTalk, and Skype, and can log all parts of the conversations, including including Winks, Emoticons, Sent and Received files, text formatting and more. The program will automatically run in the background and record all conversations without further configuration. The interface is password protected and allows you to view the log entries and search for items by keyword.

MSN sniffer allows you to capture MSN chat on network. It automatically records all MSN conversations and can optionally save the conversations as HTML files. Since MSN Sniffer analyzes the TCP protocol, it does not require any software installations on the machines that you want to monitor - just install it on one machine, and it will capture all MSN conversation from computers on the same network. It cannot be detected by the monitored computer.

Wiretap Professional is a stealth PC monitoring and surveillance solution, that lets you capture and record virtually anything on a PC including keystrokes typed, passwords entered, incoming and outgoing emails, instant messages (AIM/ICQ/MSN/Yahoo), websites visited, applications started, documents opened and more. In addition, it can capture screenshots of desktop activity in regular intervals, allowing you to visually track user activity. The program can run in a normal mode or in a total stealth mode, as well as with an optional warning screen that informs the user that he/she is being monitored.

AIM Sniffer (formerly EtherBoss Monitor for AIM) is a utility to capture and log AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) chat from computers within the same LAN (may not work with switches and routers, unless they are reconfigured). It supports messaging through AIM server as well as direct connection messaging. The intercepted messages are organized by AIM user with buddies and displayed in the main windows as they occur. Pcspy is an easy to use keystroke logger, that works silently in the background of your PC and will record all activity, including windows titles and web pages visited as well as all typed usernames and passwords. It can then optionally send the logs (encoded) to a specified email address or just log everything to a text file. Pcspy is easy to use, but offers only basic features and does not contain documentation.

SpyAnytime PC Spy is an easy to use computer surveillance software that can secretly log all computer activities such as websites visited, windows opened, programs used, passwords typed and all other keystrokes. It can also take snapshots of the entire Windows desktop at user defined intervals and comes with a built-in viewer to view them in chronological order. Additional features include export to HTML, password protected interface, stealth mode and more.

Personal Inspector is an employee monitoring and parental control software that can keep track of all computer activity and Internet use. It can track web pages visited, record keystrokes (including passwords), save clipboard data and automatically take snapshots of the desktop every X minutes. The tracked activity is presented in an easy to read report that displays all tracked activities, and can also be quickly filtered. The report file can be stored in a hidden directory, or a network share, which allows you to view report data from any machine on the LAN. Additional features include password protected interface, stealth options, emailing and FTP upload of log files, and more.

Oleansoft Hidden Camera is an employee monitoring software that allows you to view desktop capture of up to 250 computers simultaneously. The program provides a thumbnail size preview (size depends on number of monitors) as well as a full size view of the desktop. You can choose between a view-only mode and a record mode, which will automatically save screen captures into an archive for later review. In addition to the desktop captures, Hidden Camera also allows you to send a simple text message to an employee. The program must be configured manually by typing IP addresses (no import) and also installed manually on each computer to be monitored (requires a license for each).

Personal Desktop Spy is a simple PC activity monitoring tool that enables you to capture screenshots of the active application window or the entire desktop at predefined time intervals. The captured images can later be viewed with the built-in viewer or any external image viewer. The built-in viewer offers a full-screen slideshow display, that allows you to lean back and watch all activity that was captured. Personal Desktop Spy is limited to screen captures and does not provide any other means of monitoring. It offers some options to hide itself from sight, however experienced users can simply terminate it via Windows Task Manager.

StatWin Pro is computer activity monitoring software, that automatically tracks user activities, including web sites visited, applications used, program un/installed, network files accessed and more. Unlike most other activity monitoring tools, StatWin Pro is not designed to be a spy tool, it does not log keystrokes, password, emails and other personal details (except web sites). It provides an statistical overview of activity time, activity percentages and more. In addition, it can also capture desktop screenshots in regular intervals. We found that the statistical reports could need significant improvements.

Advanced Keylogger can log every keystroke, including passwords and logins that are typed on your computer. It can maintain encrypted log files and frequently email the log to a specified email address. In addition to keystrokes, the program can also log web sites that were visited and capture screenshots of desktop activity.

SilentMail for Outlook enables you to monitor all outgoing Outlook email messages in your company by automatically sending a BCC copy to one or more email addresses which are specified during the installation (and cannot be changed later). Since the program uses the BCC method by default, there no trace in the Sent Items folder, and the process is invisible to the user. Once the program is installed, it does not provide a user interface and cannot be uninstalled or disabled by the user.

IcyScreen enables you to automatically take snapshots of your desktop or the active window every X seconds to create a visual surveillance log of all desktop activities. The program can save the captures to your local hard drive, upload them to an FTP server or ImageShack account, or send them as email attachments to an email address you specify. There are several options to suspend captures while the screensaver is running or during times of no activity, as well as password protection and optional warning dialogs to inform the user of the surveillance. Other features include support for multiple monitors and proxy connections.

Watchman enables you to create rules that allow you to monitor and restrict user activities on your computer. You can restrict access to certain programs, block access to documents and implement password protection for selected file and folders. The program comes with a set of predefined rules that allow you to quickly apply restrictions for common activities such as file sharing and chat, access to system settings, software installations, Internet browsing and more, or you can create your own profiles. If Watchman detects a rule violation, it can block access to the file or program, alert the user, take a snapshot, disable mouse and keyboard and/or perform a variety of other actions. The program also logs user activities, including application usage and keystrokes, and it can generate detailed reports that can be automatically emailed to you, printed or exported to PDF format.

Spy-Keylogger is a basic keylogger, that can capture all keystrokes on your computer. It can be used for personal backup of typed input or as a monitoring solution, in which case the system tray icon can be hidden. It can optionally generate a log file for each day and automatically delete old files. Log files are stored in plain text format.

Spylab WebSpy allows you to record, archive and review all web browsing activities on a computer. The program can optionally run in stealth mode, and automatically start with Windows. If you are using a simple hub network (not a switch), or install Spylab WebSpy on a internet gateway computer, you can also log activities of all other PCs that are connected to the hub or the gateway. In this case, you can also select which IP addresses should be monitored, and view their activities in real-time. Additional features include report export to MS Excel, HTML and CSV format.
