WinFlog eXTreMe adds several functions to the Windows Vista right-click menu that enable you to enable/disable Aero effects, turn off your monitor and eject your CD drive. You can also activate Flip 3d from the middle mouse button.

Pros: Adds convenient features to the right-click meu

Cons: Lacks proper install/uninstall; does not return desktop colors original settings when Aero is turned off
