Windows Mail Backup enables you to backup (and restore) your email and news messages, accounts, mail rules, contacts, junk mail settings, calendar, stationery, signatures as well as Personal Settings. A wizard interface guides you through the backup and restore steps, and an additional Archive Explorer allows you to inspect the content of your backup archive. The program supports optional compression as well as encryption of the backup files.
