Professional Look at Net is a suite of tools for network administrators that includes a net scanner, port scanner and a packets sniffer that does not require WinPCap. The packet sniffer supports basic filtering features as well as automatic saving to a capture file. The registered version of the software can be used in portable mode and run from a USB drive without installation.
