PicShrink is an image compression tool that can convert, resize and compress your images. It supports several popular image formats (bmp, jpg, gif, png, wmf, emf) and can output the processed files to JPG and/or PNG format. You can also choose to add a text or image watermark to the output files and automatically email the reduced images, using your default email program. Other features include batch processing, custom profiles and image effects (brightness, contrast, border).
