MOVEit Freely is a command line FTP/FTPS client that enables you to safely exchange files with secure FTP servers that support 128-bit key SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted transfers. MOVEit Freely can also transfer files to non-secure servers. It supports all the standard FTP commands along with transfer resume, passive mode, on-the-fly data transmission compression and more. MOVEit Freely command-line syntax is based on the command-line syntax of Microsoft`s non-secure ftp.exe client, which allows you to convert many scripts simply by replacing `ftp` with `ftps`.
