MouseEasy enables you to use your mouse wheel for scrolling on any window, even if it is not activated (on top). The program can do this without changing the focus to the window, which allows you to type in one window, while scrolling it another without losing focus. In addition, MouseEasy can also make it easier to select multiple items in a file list by replacing the Ctrl+left click with a single mouse wheel click.
