CrossLoop
simple secure screen sharing
CrossLoop is an easy to use utility that enables you to share your desktop screen with a remote computer. Unlike most other remote computing tools, CrossLoop is focused on ease-of-use for non-technical users. A simple interface allows you to start a sharing session with a friend who also has CrossLoop installed. For security reasons, the program uses 128-bit encryption and generates a random 12-digit key, that you must transmit to the person (by email, phone, instant message or similar means) before they can connect your computer. Once you have started the server and your friend has entered the key, you will receive a request, allowing you to share your screen and control your desktop. CrossLoop integrates TightVNC.
Pros: Very easy to use, no technical experience needed
Cons: Key exchange can get annoying with frequent use; no text chat included
