Beneton Movie GIF is a complete GIF editing tool that supports all popular file formats, including BMP, GIF, JPG, and PNG. It allows you to create animations from scratch by importing the frames, dragging them into position, setting frame properties and more. You can also apply a variety of image effects (rotate, color blend, blur and more) as well as animation effects that enables you to generate animated moves, distortions, transition effects and more. The program can be used to create new animation or to load and edit existing GIF files. The results can be exported to animated GIF image or AVI movie. Other features include batch import of frames, a built-in image editor for frame editing, and more.
