ALSee is an image viewer and editor that enables you to browse, view and edit your digital photos. You can resize images, adjust levels, add picture frames and speech balloons, convert between image formats, add effects and more. Many operations can be performed in batch mode, allowing you to process multiple images at once. ALSee also offers a slideshow feature with background music, printing of multiple images on a single page, as well as EXIF display and basic file management (copy and move images).
Pros: Includes basic image editing; picture frames and image annotations
Cons: No email features; resizing options need improvements; only supports a few format conversions
