AccessPatrol enables you prevent data theft by limiting or blocking the use of digital storage devices and mobile connection technologies across any number of computers on your network. You can set detailed access permissions for USB drives, CD/DVDs, iPods, BlueTooth, Wi-Fi and other devices, that allow you to grant or block usage, or limit it to read-only activities. AccessPatrol is a server/client application and provides a browser based interface that lets you manage device permission for each client individually. You can maintain a list of authorized storage devices that are always allowed to connect and also enable/disable access to devices at specific times with the built-in scheduler. Other features include remote power management to schedule shut-downs and reboots, remote client install, user management and more.
