WebCam Recorder allows you to record web cams to hard disk. The program can record any webcam image displayed in a browser. You can watch your recordings as often as you like using the built in VCR like file player. It also features trick play (freeze frame, slow motion and reverse play) so you can have fun with your recordings. In addition, it features a video editor which can save stills to hard disk or extract the best bits from a recording.
