Wallpaper Cam is a simple webcam monitoring application that allows you to replace your desktop wallpaper with a live webcam display of your choice. It offers a variety of public webcams from all around the globe to choose from, but unfortunately you can only monitor one at a time. The desktop display is limited to a dead center image and the refresh of the image causes your entire desktop to flicker constantly - a side effect we did not care for at all.
