Rename4u is a powerful and easy to use program for renaming files. It allows you to rename any number of files, using various methods, including search/replace, renumbering, prefixes/suffixes, permissions, etc. The program also offers a test mode, which allows you to preview most operations before actually renaming the files. The renaming options include adding of incrementing numbers, custom prefixes and much more as well as an option to change file permissions.
