Hind Site is a very simple URL database that runs as a toolbar on top of your browser window. It allows you to add web site URLs, a site name and description and then launch each site with the click of a button or search through the list. If you are looking for something very simple and almost no features, than this is the one to get. Can also minimize to the tray.
