Process Them is an email processor that allows you automatically process messages in your POP3 account or in your Outlook Express, Outlook or Lotus Notes e-mail client. It allows you to filter messages by email, subject, size and account then parse them for the information you need. The program offers some powerful, yet easy to using processing options that allow you to extract data, write it to a text file or database (SQLServer, Access, MySQL), send a new message and use the extracted data as part of the content and more. Process Them can be used for spam filtering, data extraction, inbox organizing and many other uses. Unlike many other email processors, Process Them is able to work directly with your Outlook or Outlook Express mail folders, which enables you to extract and process all messages that you have received previously.
